• The Order Deadline is Monday 31 March.
• Unpaid orders will be deleted on Friday 4 April 2025.
• Please use the password KW2102 to view the online School Gallery.
• Enter the relevant Album and Sub-Albums, browse and tap/click on your photo for a larger preview.
• Photo Numbers start with KW…, and are displayed above the large preview image for reference on the Order Form.
• For Class Photos, just select the class Grade and then enter the Photo Size and Quantity.
• Items for up to 2 kids and 1 sibling photo can be ordered per form. Please submit another order for additional kids.
• Delivery will be made directly to the school, within 4-6 weeks from the above deadline date.

 Just to be Clear: Your Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number will ONLY be used to communicate with you regarding your order.

Please ensure that, when you select an Item you also enter the Quantity for that item. The item Total will then calculate correctly and so will the TOTAL DUE at the bottom of the Order Form. This is the amount you should pay.
