1.2. Faulty Workmanship: We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that your print exhibits a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship, you may be eligible for a return and refund.

1.3. Exclusions: We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the product due to personal preferences. Because of the personalised nature of the image, size, and frame you choose, refunds or replacements cannot be granted for a change-of-mind.

2.3. Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product to us.

2.4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for eligible orders will be covered by Shutter Xposures.

2.5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue.

3. Refund or Replacement

3.1. Refund: If your claim is verified and approved, you will be eligible for a refund for the full purchase price, including any original shipping fees paid, using the original payment method.

3.2. Replacement: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange for a replacement of the print with the correct design or without the manufacturing defect, subject to availability.

4. Timeframe for Processing

4.1. Returns: We will process your return and initiate the refund or replacement within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

5. Damaged in Transit

5.1. If your print is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging for our records. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either offer a partial refund or a replacement.
